Greetings from the sun

"Blue Monday" becomes "Pink Monday"

The third Monday in January is known as ‘Blue Monday’ - supposedly the most depressing day of the year.

But instead of letting this gloomy mood affect us, we're turning Blue Monday into a Pink Monday full of colour!

We send you warm greetings from the south and would like to bring a little lightness and holiday feeling into your everyday life with the artistic flamingos from Doppeldenk.

The four different wooden figures will put you in a good mood on grey days.

Flamingo greetings from all over the world

For "Pink Monday", we have sent our flamingos on a little trip around the world. Whether Thailand, Hawaii or Mallorca - our flamingos send you greetings from the most beautiful holiday destinations!

Bauhaus Flamingo: Aloha from Hawaii

Our colourful Bauhaus flamingo sends us greetings from Hawaii. Here he meets up with his friends and spends the cold winter months on the beach in Maui.

Portrait of the artist duo Doppeldenk

Doppeldenk

The Leipzig-based artist duo Doppeldenk, consisting of Marcel Baer and Andreas Glauch, works in various media; both are graphic artists, painters, sculptors and designers. Baer and Glauch also display their huge murals on building façades in public spaces, where their artistic genesis can be traced. The artists have their roots in the urban art scene and graffiti.

The artists' works have their very own formalities, the neon-like colour palette is based on an advertising aesthetic, so a bright colour scheme meets a monochrome background. The pictorial composition follows a strict concept, from the accurately polished canvas to perfect colour gradients and surfaces.
